






Kyle Atlas received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Pace University and his Juris Doctor from New York Law School with a concentration in tax law. Kyle is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of New York, with over ten years of accounting experience including auditing and consulting engagements of Fortune 500 companies as well as tax preparation and planning for high net worth individuals. He began his career at Sotheby’s Holdings, Inc. where he worked in the luxury real estate division reporting directly to the VP of Finance. He continued on to work in the Financial Services Division of the Big 4 Accounting Firm, KPMG LLP, serving investment banking and investment company clients such as Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Salomon Smith Barney, JPMorgan Chase, and GE Investments. The Charles Bronfman Family is among the more notable families for whom Kyle has been engaged for tax and accounting work. Forbes Magazine named Edgar Bronfman Sr. as the 73rd wealthiest American with a net worth of over 3 billion.
Kyle is now focused upon sharing the wealth building strategies of his high net worth clients with middle class investors to develop monthly passive tax free streams of income for them and their families. The ultimate goal is to replace heavily taxed earned income with these passive tax free streams of income.
He oversees a full service property management team comprised of a lead property manager, full rehab crews, leasing agents, and bookkeepers to ensure that the investment is completely passive for clients.
